Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, concept and layout of communiqués such as FOCUS – Phillips Internal News Magazine, direct mail, literature, and other communication pieces
• Proof various projects within the Marketing Services Group
• Provide feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions on various projects
• Work closely with other members of the Marketing Services Group to achieve project deadlines
• Provide administrative support as needed such as stuffing mailers, assembling direct mail communiqués, and creating labels

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have completed at least two years of a four-year degree in graphic design or have graduated from a two-year associate degree program in graphic design with some industry exposure.
• Experience in Macintosh design programs such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and Keynote. Knowledge of Flash and Fireworks would give you the edge over other candidates.
