Vuecoat®, a Phillips-Medisize micro spray technology that hard coats selective patterns on polymer-based materials on-site at the manufacturing facility, with no masking required. The process eliminates masking on injection molded parts, meaning no time-consuming mask tooling, creation, application, or removal tasks.
Vuecoat offers precise control over generation and placement of hard-coating particles on a single part side. Ideal for achieving high-quality selective hard coating results on flat parts with curves up to one-eighth of an inch (three millimeters) from flat surface, two inches (five millimeters) in width, and five inches (12.5 millimeters) in length.
