Phillips Plastics Corporation® Announces New CEO
Prescott, WI – Phillips Plastics Corporation’s board of directors announces the promotion of Brad Wucherpfennig to the role of Chief Executive Officer, previously held by Robert Cervenka. As Phillips' founder, Cervenka will maintain his role as Chairman of the Board.
Brad came to Phillips Plastics in March 2001 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In June 2004, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Phillips, Brad was employed by Schwing America, Incorporated; Ernst & Young; and SnyderGeneral Corporation.
“Over the past eight years Brad has grown beyond managing, demonstrating true leadership within the organization. During the past year, one of the most difficult in our history, it became clear to me, and the Board, that Brad has the business acumen and as important, the sincere concern for our People and Culture.
