1) BBS/FTP site through a secured generic account. The information required to access this account is:

Before you have an account on our system you will have access to the To_NewBusiness_Quote directory. For security reasons, you will not be able to see the file name after it has been deposited.

FILE TYPES - Native CAD data is preferred (PTC, UG, CATIA, SDRC, Solidworks). STL and IGES file types are acceptable if native files cannot be provided.

FILE NAMING CONVENTION - The structure of the name is critical. Here is an example of a suggested structure: abcd1234.xxx (in other words, 8.3 format).

• There cannot be any spaces or metacharacters in the name, such as !@#$%^&*() which are not allowed on our FTP site.
• For CAD files, such as PTC's Pro/ENGINEER, please remove the .x after the file extension. For example, if your file name is: abcd1234.prt.25, rename it to abcd1234.prt, removing the .25 from the file name.

2) FTP - You can access the Phillips-Origen BBS/FTP site through an Internet FTP session using the FTP software of your choice. The host name for FTP access is:
